This Refund Policy describes how and when Laxu AI ("we," "us," "our") issues refunds for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our website (laxuai.com) or our mobile applications. By purchasing a subscription or product from Laxu AI, you agree to the terms set out below.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms, not this policy.
If you purchase a new subscription to Laxu AI through our website, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features (e.g., generated a substantial volume of flashcards, quizzes, podcasts, or AI tutor sessions beyond what is offered on the free tier).
After the 7-day window has passed, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Subscriptions to Laxu AI automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings on laxuai.com.
As a courtesy, we may issue a refund for a renewal charge if you contact us within 72 hours of the charge and have not actively used the service during that billing cycle. Such refunds are at our discretion.
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund:

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take:

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through email, and chargebacks may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
If you purchased a Laxu AI subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your refund must be requested directly from Apple or Google. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Changes do not apply retroactively to refund requests for purchases made before the change.
